Mike's best attributes were his thoughtfulness and love of life. He was never negative and looked for the positive in every person he met. He certainly had more than his hands full with me but he never once ever judged me, he loved me unconditionally. He loved to laugh and had the biggest smile I've ever seen, and each time he chuckled, my heart melted and I loved him more in each one of those moments then I ever thought was possible. Whenever I was feeling sad or lost, he knew just what to do to cheer me up. One of his amazing gifts was the ability to make anyone around him feel special and better.. His positive attitude was uplifting and you couldn't help feel good when you were in his presence. It is impossible to put into words just how much Michael meant to me but he was my hero and influenced my life in countless ways and I wouldn't be the person I am today if we had not met. I miss you every day and my heart is broken beyond repair but I promise I will continue to grow and will cherish and honor everything that we meant to each other and when I feel like crying, I will allow myself to remember all the love we shared and be thankful for the amazing time we had on this earth together. . I will never forget what a wonderful person you are and your memory will live on in my heart and soul until we meet again my love... My wish today in honor of Michael, would be that whomever reads this that they take the time to think about your fond memories of Mike, and take a moment to write something, light a candle, share a picture for others to see and enjoy for years to come, knowing that he may be gone but his spirit and memory will live on in us forever.
